Delivery
- Shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive in the UK from when the order is made and up to 3 weeks for international shipping. Once your order has been packaged and posted you will receive an email.
- Delivery costs are depending on the order so please see at checkout.
- Prints including art and photography are packaged in tubes if larger than 8x12".
- Original artworks are packed within a securely wrapped packaging box. If you have any issues with deliveries please don't hesitate to contact Eimear at the link provided at the bottom of this page.
- In the unlikly event that a product arrives damaged, please contact Eimear with images and details of the fault. This is an issue with the courier and so will need to be reported.
Returns and Refunds
- Prints and original artwork may be returned or exchanged. Bespoke commission artwork may not be returned or exchanged.
- In case of return or exchange of prints - please contact Eimear through the form below.
- All returns/exhange delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
- In the case of a delivery being lost or not arriving - this is at the fault of the courier.
- If a tracking number has been issued then refunds may not be accepted in this case - this will need to be disputed with the courier. In cases where the customer has not been provided with a tracking number - please contact Eimear below.
